Notes by the original poster:

Will start with Tracks 15 (The Stairs) and 16 (The Fingernails). I'm assuming that all Fly CD's are exactly the same in that there is a tiny bit of bleed from one track to another i.e. starting track 16 I can still hear the final quarter-second or so of 15. So - joined these together in Audacity and split them at the correct point.

# = Film version is (combine and cross fade the cues):
S18 - The Creature (2:08)
S2 - Plasma Pool (1:05-End)
S3 - The Last Visit (:40-2:25)

As far as track [18] - "The Creature" is concerned, the track actually ends at the moment that Brundelfly disappears along with half of the teleporter. The rest is tracked in from earlier cues. I must admit I was slightly disappointed with this (although it still makes for a good listening experience when it transitions to the Finale). So, I had a look to see what I could do:

Take 3 tracks - we'll need [2] Plasma Pool, [3] The Last Visit, and [18] The Creature.

1) Plasma Pool - cut out and discard the first 1 minute and 5 seconds, and copy/paste the rest so it fades in quickly at about the 2 minute and 4 second mark of The Creature. Your new track should be about 2 minutes 53 seconds.

2) The Last Visit - cut out and discard the first 40 seconds - and copy and paste the rest with a quick fade in to about the 2 minute 47 mark of what you made in 1).

This will give you about a 4-minute 32-second new version of "The Creature" - which is not exactly the same as the film version - there's an extra loop or two in there - but it's a hell of a lot closer and - for me at least - rounds of the album nicely before the thundering Finale.
