I didn't manage to fully analyze the differences between the Official and Promo releases as I did for Rogue One, nor to compare them to the score as presented in the film.

But, of the part that I managed to compare, I'd say that:

- "S1B Attack on the Jakku Village" is an Alternate or "P1 Attack on the Jakku Village Part 1". If I remember correctly, some parts are identical though.

- The whole opening of "S2 The Scavenger" is an unused section (unless it's used in a scene and I couldn't identify it). For sure, that intro isn't used in the scene where the rest of the cue plays.

- "S3/P5 - I Can Fly Anything" same thing as "S1B/P1". In the Official Release cue there are Alternate sections mixed with the Promo version. Don't know which one is used in the film (beside the Intro of the Official Release that isn't used, like that of S2)

- "S7/P7B - The Falcon" I think the Promo version is longer than the Official Release version. If I remember correctly, the latter only has edits of the first one and there aren't substantial differences.

- "P13/S13 - Kylo Ren Arrives at the Battle", they share many similarities, but beside the numerous edits on both sides, I think one of the two is an Alternate. Cannot tell which one is used in the film.

- "P18/S18 - On the Inside", the Promo version has an entire opening section absent from the Album version. Then both the second part of P18 and the entirety of S18 feature numerous edits on the same cue. Thus, no Alternate there.

The Ways of the Force (Film Version)
- Beside the "Burning Homestead" insert (thanks for the details for the recreation of the Film Edit!) there's a second insert in the whole cue. It starts around :47 of the original S20 cue (not counting the Burning Homestead insert), it's sourced from "P1 Attack on the Jakku Village Pt.1" (around 2:49 - 3:15). After this second insert, P20 starts and fills the rest of the cue.
You better check these edits yourself, I tried to do that one and a half years ago and the timings might not be 100% precise.

Thanks a lot for presenting a vast analysis of the score! It's quite a mess the way it was presented in the film, but it's a very good score from Williams.

What about the 3 unreleased tracks from the Lego Star Wars Force Awakens game?

Thanks for the feedback. I added the Lego tracks that I found.

To clarify further and reiterate some of what was shared, aside from the main title S1 contains a lot of edits of the more complete material in P1 and P2.

You are correct about the opening in S2. It syncs up with the film perfectly, despite it being unused.

Aside from the alternate opening, S3 is an edited version of P5.

S7 is also an edited version of P7.

S13 is an edited version of P13 which is the film version.

Also P18 does have a more complete opening than S18.

I'll double check on The Ways of the Force film edit. Thanks for the additional info.

The full version of Jabba Flow is on iTunes etc., you might wanna add that as well.

Thanks, I was able to replace the shortened version from the Lego Star Wars game.

The officially released version of "Jabba Flow" is actually an alternate/different mix and the LEGO game version is the film version. When comparing the two, there's no point where they match at-all.
