The order given here is actually wrong in a few points.
The entirety of Thrain should be as 1 track, not split up. The split seems to be at an unused section, while the end of the track plays right after the first half.
The section from A Spell of Concealment titled Sauron should go before the section of The Courage of Hobbits titled Not at Home
