There are a few errors here in regards to the TVT Album.
The TVT Album's Spiders Attack is Spiders Attack (Original) on the 2-disc Intrada.
The TVT Album's Kill The Monster is Kill The Monster (Original) on the 2-disc Intrada.
The TVT Album's The Portal is The Portal (Original) on the 2-disc Intrada.
The TVT Album's Thru The Planet is Through The Planet (Revised) [Listed here as Through The Planet (Alternate)] on the 2-disc Intrada.

Just a couple of other things.
A17 is still present on Kill The Monster (Revised).
Spiders Attack (Original) was also used on the original single-disc score album. The 2-disc album's Spiders Attack (Revised) features an insert that was (mostly) used in the film, yet wasn't used at all on either single-disc album.
