At the very beginning of the movie - before any dialog (except a voice on a radio) - there is a song playing in the background. It begins at the scene where the wind ornaments are blowing and continues through where Otis is scraping food off a plate for the dog.
Do you know what the song is?
I haven't seen that movie in years so I can't be of much help. Any songs in the film are in the list and shown here: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0087597/soundtrack?ref_=tt_trv_snd. Two of the songs have yet to be released in any form.
