Hi! Thanks for your wonderful site! Especially for the information about the Elfman scores! I noticed a couple of differences from the 2010 and 2014 versions of Batman (LLL records). the track 1 of the CD1 of 2010 is a different take compared to the same track of 2014. Aso the 2014 version has a longer version of the news theme and the complete version of Joker Flies to Gotham / Batwing I (as in the Elfman/Burton box!). Cheers!

D2T23/E29 - Joker’s Commercial (1:23)
aren't the same. To begin with, D2T23 is running 1:25, while E29 is "only" 1:13. The instruments used in those two tracks seems to be slightly different, too, but maybe this is only due to the mixing ;). Maybe D2T23 is an extended film version, while E29 (reported in the Elfman Box as "Joker's Commercial (film version)", is indeed the "normal" film version? Just guessing ;).

You are correct, they aren't the same but they would go in the same place. E29 is an edited version of D2T23 from the 2010 release as the source sounds the same, despite the edit. The 2014 release has the complete unedited version and comes from a better source so I'd suggest ditching all previous versions and stick with the 2014 release.
