Great blog! In relation to the above, could you clarify the uses of "Giving Up / Suck My Dick" which is interrupted by two songs: On the score album there is no break in the track (at 2:10), so I wonder if the track is faded out/in during the movie itself or ... ?

Yes. It actually fades out shortly before 2:10 in the movie. It looks like the two tracks were crossfaded in the album, hence why there is no break.
Ahh, I thought that might be the case. I take it the music fades back in during the movie (at the 2:10 mark approx.)?
Actually no. That piece is unheard in the film.
